Minecraft Windows 10 edition cannot run on Windows 7. All the Windows 10 edition is Minecraft Pocket edition for PC.

Please try these steps and check if that helps.
Method 1: Uninstall and reinstall the NVIDIA driver it in compatibility mode.
Step1: Follow these steps to uninstall the driver.
1. Click Start, type Device Manager, and press Enter.
2. Right-click the Graphic card, and click Uninstall.
3. Windows will prompt you to confirm the device’s removal. Click OK to remove the driver.
4. After the uninstallation is complete, reboot your computer as soon as possible. In a pinch you can use the Windows Device Manager to uninstall troublesome driver.
5. And restart your system.
Step2: Download the NVIDIA drive for the following link.

1. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.
2. Select “Compatibility” Tab.
3. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

Method 2: I suggest you to install latest chipset driver from the manufacturer’s website and check if that helps.
