MediaFire owns my videos

I only have videos on this app so I can't speak for photos, games, documents, or music. I have too many photo and video apps and wanted to condense them to one app but I am not able get my videos from MediaFire to download back to my phone. The only thing it will let you do is download the link so that you can view your videos on MediaFire. This is BS, they are my videos and I should be able to get them back on my phone and not just the link to view them on their app! So I have personal videos of my children and my pets that I can't get back now and I deeply regret using this app to store them there. I wrote to the company to see if there was any way for me to get my videos to upload back to my phone and I heard nothing back from them. Crap app, crap customer service!

Apps needs the option to share files from other apps

I simply love the simplicity and intuitiveness of the MediaFire app on iOS but one feature that is seriously lacking is the ability to share files and content from other apps to the MediaFire app. I have to go to other apps like google drive and Dropbox for this functionality. I am stuck with being able to upload only pictures and videos from my camera roll.

I've been using this app for more than 10 years when most other well-known and now popular similar apps did not even exist. And for free! Most of my important documents, almost all of my phone pictures are securely stored in MediaFire. I still have plenty of storage room. They never changed policy to say, 'Now you have to start paying, or..' Keep up the good work.
